Ingredients
  • 4 fairly ripe kiwis
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or sugar)
  • 15 g chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Kidoupollen Fortifiant
Preparation
  • Peel and slice the kiwis, then mash them with the back of a fork or a potato masher.
  • Add the lime juice, maple syrup, chia seeds, and pollen, then mix.
  • Place in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
