Ingredients

For a large glass

  • 1/2 apple
  • 7 strawberries
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of Aristée® rockrose pollen
Preparation
  • Cut the apples into quarters and put them through a juicer.
  • Squeeze the half orange.
  • Pour the apple juice and orange juice into the blender.
  • Add the strawberries and the half banana, then blend.
  • Sprinkle with fresh cistus pollen. That’s it!
