Earn money for every order placed on our website! Once your customer account is created and as soon as your order is validated, you automatically accumulate points that turn into euros and are added to your kitty. The value of the credited points represents 5% of the validated order amount, excluding delivery costs.

Creating a customer account requires providing an identifier (a valid email address) as well as a personal password consisting of at least 8 characters, including at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character (*$@&()[]{}=#.-!?+/£€%). Creating your customer account allows you to:

• view your order history
• view or edit your profile
• view the points you have earned (Customer Area under the Loyalty Program section)

How to Use Your Loyalty Points?

Accumulated points can be used starting from the very next order, with no minimum purchase requirement or expiration date. Simply log into your customer account and check the "Use my loyalty pot" box before finalizing your order. The total order amount will be automatically recalculated.

The loyalty pot cannot be combined with a discount on the total order amount.

The loyalty pot cannot be combined with a promotional code.

Points can be used on all items, including those already on sale.

Points cannot be exchanged for any other form of compensation.

Points are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another customer account.

Any cancelled order will result in the removal of the points awarded for that order.
