Delivery of Pollenergie products
Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed within 48 hours from Monday through Thursday, provided they are placed by 2:00 PM. Packages are shipped by our shipping department from Monday through Thursday to ensure the quality of our products. Shipping is free on your first order of €35 or more when you enter the code FDPOFFERTS in your cart before checkout.
Delivery of Fresh Frozen Pollens
Our scientific studies have evaluated the impact of different preservation methods (fresh frozen, dried at 5°C, dried at 40°C, freeze-dried) and the effect of aging on the evolution of the lactic flora in monofloral pollens. These studies have demonstrated that the fresh frozen preservation method is the one that best preserves the pollens' lactic ferments as well as micronutrients sensitive to heat and desiccation.
The preservation process patented by Pollenergie consists of freezing the pollen immediately upon harvest before packaging it in an airtight, vacuum-sealed tray with added nitrogen. This inert gas helps extend the shelf life of fresh foods. Fresh pollen can thus travel at room temperature for at least 7 days before being safely placed back in the freezer. Its organoleptic qualities and full nutritional potential are thereby preserved.
Free In-Store Pickup at Our Factory Shop
For over 20 years, the Pollenergie teams have been welcoming you to our production site in Saint-Hilaire-de-Lusignan, located in the Lot-et-Garonne region, to guide you in choosing our products and offer personalized advice. You can collect your order for free at our shop within 1 hour after confirmation, during our public opening hours.
Delivery to a Pick-up Point
Shipping is free for orders over €65 within metropolitan France. Delivery to a La Poste pick-up point, Pickup relay, or locker within 48 hours. Estimated delivery time in business days for shipments within metropolitan France.
At a Post Office
You can choose from among the 10,000 post offices available throughout metropolitan France. Once the package has been prepared by us, you will be notified of its availability by email. You can pick it up within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us.
At a Pickup point
You can choose one of the 14,000 local merchants in the Pickup network, close to your home, workplace, or holiday destination. You can collect your parcel within 10 working days. After this period, it will be returned to us. Track your parcel's progress at any time on www.laposte.fr/suivi.
Pickup Station Lockers
Choose one of the 500 automatic pickup lockers, accessible 24/7 (excluding shopping malls and transport zones). You will be notified of your parcel's availability by email, which will include the collection codes to withdraw your parcel within 3 business days. After this period, it will be returned to us.

Home Delivery
Colissimo, La Poste's delivery service, supports individuals and professionals in sending parcels up to 30 kg in France and Europe. Orders are delivered within 48 hours from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Estimated delivery time in working days for shipments within metropolitan France.
In case of absence (delivery with signature) or impossibility to deliver your parcel, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. You have 15 days to collect your parcel. After this period, the package will be returned to the sender.

Easy Return of Our Products
From the delivery date of your order, you have a period of 15 clear days to return the product. Returned products must be in their original condition, accompanied by their original packaging, and in perfect condition for resale. The refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving the products in their original condition.
