Detoxifying and balancing juice with fresh pollen
Alice Vanhoye, a blogger, photographer, and naturopath, has created a recipe for a green juice that’s both detoxifying and balancing, made with bee pollen. She’s sharing her recipe with you!
Makes 2 glasses
- 2 large kale stalks
- 1 small fennel bulb
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 2 nice, crisp, and juicy apples
- 1 green kiwi
- 1 lemon
- 1 heaping tablespoon of Effipollen
- Peel the lemon while keeping the white pith that surrounds it (this is where the highest concentration of antioxidants is found).
- Remove the center stem from the kale.
- Cut the apples into wedges, the kiwi in half, the fennel and the cilantro bunch, as well as the kale greens into chunks.
- Alternately feed all the ingredients into your juicer, making sure to add the pollen halfway through the process so that all the active ingredients are drawn into the juice.
- Strain your juice or not, as you prefer. It's ready!
Effipollen Digestive Harmony contributes to good digestive harmony and brings exceptional potential to this juice. Made from a blend of 3 pollens (hawthorn, cistus, and chestnut), it provides a great dose of proteins, antioxidants, and good bacteria that contribute to the balance of our intestinal flora. But that's not all! In addition to this synergy of 3 pollens, it features aniseed with carminative properties: it helps fight bloating, making it ideal for overall digestive well-being and a flat stomach!
